An Austrian fund has acquired the new Vision Towers (North) office block which serves as KPMG’s headquarters in Hungary. The vendor is CEE developer Futureal.
The 11,125 m2 Vision Towers (North), located on Váci Street and with direct access to the metro, was delivered in August 2014.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The buyer, Erste open-ended real estate investment fund, is managed by Erste Immobilien, part of Austrian-headquartered Erste banking group.
