Aurelia Luca has been appointed as managing director for Skanska Property Romania.
Luca will also become a permanent member of Skanska CEE’s commercial development unit management team with immediate effect.
With over 16 years’ experience in the real estate market, Luca started in Skanska Property Romania in 2012, where she held the position of leasing manager, and from 2016 to 2017 as country director. In her previous roles, Aurelia was responsible for delivering, leasing and divesting the Green Court Bucharest office complex, strengthening Skanska`s position in the northern part of the city with the Equilibrium project, and leading the way as Skanska entered a new sub-market with the Campus 6 development.
As managing director, Aurelia will continue Skanska’s mission of developing sustainable office projects in Bucharest. The new position means that she will be the first Romanian member of the management team of Skanska office development unit in CEE.
Luca will report directly to the team’s President and CEO Katarzyna Zawodna.
