Auratum Real Estate has acquired a 10,000-m2 office property in Helsinki from Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company. The investment volume was not disclosed.
The building at Heikkiläntie 7, was built for Nokia in 1988 and served as the mobile phone company's research centre fro about ten years. The property is currently rented out to five tenants and has an occupancy rate of 85%.
Part of the property and venture capital investments group Auratum Group. Auratum Real Estate develops residential and commercial properties and manages funds. The value of the real estate portfolio managed by the company comes to EUR 300 mln.
