London-based investment firm Attestor Capital has acquired a prime office property in Amsterdam Zuidoost for €20.35 mln from Patrizia.

The German firm said that it divested the Aqua Plaza asset to focus more on core urban areas.

'Rents in the region are at all-time highs, whilst vacancy rates are at record lows, which has enabled us to deliver attractive returns to our investors with the sale of this asset,' said Emile Poort, head of transactions management Benelux at Patrizia.

The asset, which was built in 2003, has been sold to the Trinity Vastgoed VI fund, which is managed by Attestor.

Aqua Plaza, located in south east Amsterdam, and has a gross lettable area of nearly 8,100 m2 with 98 parking spaces. The property has been managed by Patrizia since its construction. The building is 80% let to retailer Bugaboo International, which uses the office as its global headquarters.

Patrizia was advised by Colliers International and CMS Law.

Trinity Vastgoed VI was advised by DutchRE and Allen & Overy.
