Atrium European Real Estate saw its net rental income rise by 5% in the first six months of 2013 to over €96 mln, the company said on Friday.

The Jersey-based shopping centre owner and manager reported adjusted EPRA earnings per share of €17.7 in the first six months of the year, compared to €17.0 a year earlier.
