UK real estate investment manager Atrato Capital has strengthened its team with the appointment of Natalie Markham as chief financial officer.
Atrato is the investment manager to Supermarket Income REIT, the UK supermarket real estate investor.
Markham was previously chief financial officer at Macquarie Global Property Advisors (MGPA) Europe. She was also a member of the MGPA European management team and a director of the MGPA European advisory business.
Markham was involved in the development of business strategy, financial planning and responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the business.
Established in December 2016, Atrato Capital is the appointed investment manager to Supermarket Income REIT, the UK supermarket real estate investor. Atrato sources and advises on investments for acquisition by Supermarket Income REIT and carries out due diligence in relation to proposed property acquisitions.
