Property advisor Atisreal has secured five new office deals in Madrid. Real estate company C-15 has acquired a building to house its headquarter in Madrid. The office building, with an area of about 700 m2, is located at 23 Oquendo street, near the central Avenida de America.

Property construction and promoter group Pinar acquired a 350 m2 office building in the Rozas district. The American musical instrument maker Gibson will occupy a 243 m2 office building at 16 Serrano street in the Salamanca district. Difusion Juridica y Temas de Actualidad have acquired an office building with a 600 m2 area to house its headquarter at 25 Magallanes street.
Atisreal, a subsidiary of the financing service group BNP Paribas, is one of Europe's major real estate property consultancies. It offers real estate services with 58 offices across Europe and in the city of New York.
