Atisreal, the property services arm of BNP Paribas, has expanded its international network with the signing of new alliance contracts with Holland Realty Partners in the Netherlands and Astera in Ukraine.
Atisreal, the property services arm of BNP Paribas, has expanded its international network with the signing of new alliance contracts with Holland Realty Partners in the Netherlands and Astera in Ukraine.
Holland Realty Partners was founded by three specialists: Machiel Hoek, Sake Pleiter and Sicco Posthumus. Based in Amsterdam, the RICS company has 11 employees and offers a wide range of services and expertise including valuations, asset management, consultancy, fund & investment management and research.
In Ukraine, Atisreal has enhanced its alliance with Astera, having signed with Astera's Russian business in February. Based in Moscow, St Petersburg and Kiev, Astera has around 180 employees, 30 of whom are based in the Kiev office. Astera also has a wide range of services and expertise in transaction, strategy, valuation, investment analysis, auctions, space planning & design and research.
