Global property services firm Atisreal said on Wednesday that it has let the Ellipse project development to the banking group Informatique Banque Populaire (i-BP) with a nine-year lease. Designed by architectural team Bodreau Architecture, this office project is being built by real estate firm OCDL - Giboire and should be completed by May 2009, the real estate consultant added. It will consist of a 8,228 m[sup]2[/sup] informatics centre on a 6,465 m[sup]2[/sup] site and will include 180 parking spaces. The building will be located within the Ar Mor Parc business park in Saint-Herblain.
