Atenor signs hotel management contract in Brussels

South City Hotel, a partnership of Atenor (40%), BPI (10%) and Espace Midi (50%) has announced the signing of a management contract with the Rezidor Group for the hotel currently under construction opposite the Gare du Midi railway station in Brussels. The contract, with a duration of 20 years, concerns the management of the future 142-room hotel under the name Park Inn.

Rezidor's Park Inn brand is experiencing significant growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This hotel will be the first of the chain in Brussels and the fourth in Belgium. The hotel is part of a larger development including 31,000 m² of offices divided into two buildings and some commercial spaces. The first building (which will be delivered at the end of 2009) with around 13,000 m² has been rented for a firm duration of 27 years to a Belgian semi-public company. The second office building, also under construction, will be delivered at the end of 2010 and is already the object of serious signs of interest.
