Belgian developer Atenor has signed an agreement to sell the UP35 building in Brussels to INASTI, the National Institute of Social Insurance for Independent Workers.
Belgian developer Atenor has signed an agreement to sell the UP35 building in Brussels to INASTI, the National Institute of Social Insurance for Independent Workers.
Financial details were not disclosed.
UP35 comprises 10,000 m2 of offices, 645 m2 of archiving space and 50 parking spaces. It is the last of four office buildings developed by Atenor as part of the UP-site project, which consists of 29,500 m2 of space. The other three sections of the project have already been sold.
Closing of the deal is expected for June or July 2014.
