Astarte Capital Partners, a real assets-focused investment firm, has appointed Tingting Peng as investor relations and business development director.
At Astarte, Peng’s responsibilities will span across investor relations, business development and advisory. She has extensive experience overseeing fundraising activities across private equity, private credit and real estate strategies, and managing relationships with a range of institutional investors globally.

Peng was previously head of investor relations & business development at ESO Capital, a pan-European investment manager. Prior to this, she was principal and chief operating officer at Real Asset Partners, a boutique advisory firm in London, where she was responsible for raising capital from family offices and institutional investors across Asia and the US, for real estate investments.
Peng was previously based in Hong Kong for over a decade, where she worked in real estate development and investment spanning Asia and the US. She began her career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and subsequently worked as a hedge fund analyst at Fortress Investment Group.
Peng is fluent in Mandarin and English. She has a BSc from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from London Business School, and holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
