German investor Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired two mixed-used buildings in Stuttgart’s city centre with a total area of 6,700 m2.

The portfolio comprises two five-storey buildings on Rotebühlstraße and Silberburgstraße with a respective area of 4,700 m2 and 2,000 m2. Both are almost fully let to tenants including Württembergische Versicherung and BW Bank.

Art-Invest, based in Cologne, bought the properties for a Spezialfonds - an institutional vehicle for German investors - advised by RMC Risk Management Consulting.

The two assets are divided into 5,200 m2 of offices, 1,000 m2 of retail and catering space and 500 m2 of residential space, as well as an underground car park with 70 spaces.
