German investor-developer Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired an office complex in Cologne from an international investment group for around €170 mln.

The 46,000 m2 complex, known as Cologne Keys, consists of four separate buildings and is located at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring 31-41 close to the ring road encircling the city centre.

Central to the complex is a 21,000 m2 protected building consisting of three parts which was built during three decades.

The deal was brokered by Savills.

Cologne-based Art-Invest Real Estate focuses on properties with value-add potential in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Köln/Bonn, München and Stuttgart. The company also manages seven investment funds for institutional investors.
