European asset manager Arrow Global Group, specialising in credit and real estate, has launched its new Dutch asset management platform, Mica Real Estate.
The platform will operate as an asset and investment management platform for various investment strategies within the Dutch real estate market for Arrow’s funds, and other third-party capital.
Mica Real Estate’s portfolio will encompass a range of assets including sustainable offices, life sciences, retail, residential and hospitality. Arrow said it would focus on acquiring well-located assets in need of repositioning.
The Mica Real Estate team will be led by Mark Debets, formerly with Hudson/Lone Star, and Timo van den Noort, previously of the Fortress Investment Group. The company’s headquarters are in Amsterdam.

The firm said that the launch would strengthen Arrow’s real estate opportunities strategy and compliment investment activities spanning opportunistic credit and direct lending. Mica Real Estate further reinforces Arrow’s established presence in the Netherlands, a region experiencing strong demand for real estate assets.
Arrow’s Dutch presence also includes Vesting Finance, Focum and RNHB.
Arrow has increased its focus on real estate in recent years. Its latest acquisitions have included Maslow Capital, a leading provider of real estate finance, Eagle Street Partners, a real estate asset manager and developer, and Blue Current Capital, an ESG-focused real estate investor, developer and operator enabling and accelerating the electrification of commercial fleets.
