Arrow Global Group, a pan-European fund manager in credit and real estate, has appointed Charlotte Gilbert as the group’s managing director for client and product solutions (CPS).
The CPS team is responsible for setting Arrow’s capital formation strategy and broadening the firm’s investors set by enabling global capital pools to access the opportunities presented by a growing investor landscape.
Gilbert brings financial services experience in building long-term relationships and solutions with investors across Europe. In tandem, she has led capital raising across Credit, Private Equity, Lending and Real Estate strategies.
Zach Lewy, Founder, CEO and chief investment officer, said: 'We are excited to strengthen our fund management business with the executive appointment of Charlotte.
'Her entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation is the perfect fit for Arrow’s dynamic culture as we continue to build a world-class investment platform that is unique in the marketplace.
'Furthermore, she brings deep sector expertise and leadership to the team, product knowledge and a passion that matches our own. I am delighted to have her join Arrow.'
Gilbert joins Arrow Global from Oaktree Capital Management where she was managing director, marketing and client relations, contributing significantly to the growth of their global funds. Prior to this, she worked for Apollo Global Management, raising capital across all of their asset classes.
Arrow successfully raised its inaugural Arrow Credit Opportunities (ACO 1) fund in 2020 at €1.7 bn and it continues to grow its fund management proposition. With ambitions to scale and diversify, Gilbert will lead the group’s relationships with investors, development of the Arrow brand, and ambitious plans to scale fund growth across multiple asset classes in the coming years.
Gilbert will join Arrow’s executive committee on 2 January and will be based in London, reporting to Lewy.
