Arrow Capital Partners, the investor and operator of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has expanded its platform in Germany with a new office in Düsseldorf and the appointment of Armen Gevorkian as senior investment manager for the region.

Working closely with Danilo Hunker, Arrow’s head of Germany, Gevorkian will be responsible for all investment management activity in Germany, including the acquisition of light industrial and logistics assets for Arrow’s €3 bn Cerberus-backed Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture.

Gevorkian joins from Frasers Property where he spent several years in the acquisitions team with responsibility for activity in Germany and the Netherlands. Prior to this he worked at JLL providing advice on valuations and transactions in Germany.
