Bowditch joins the real estate investor and operator from IO Asset Management.

In the new role at Arrow, he will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions and managing investments, on behalf of the company's existing mandates, which include its €2 bn SIRE vehicle.

Bowditch has more than 10 years’ experience in the sector. At IO, he led the investment team and was responsible for the origination and execution of acquisitions. Prior to this, he worked at JLL in investment valuation.

Welcoming his new role, Bowditch said: ‘I am delighted to be joining the team at Arrow Capital Partners at such an exciting time for the company. The team has made impressive progress in investing in a high-quality portfolio of strategically located assets, and I look forward to helping expand Arrow’s presence as it invests across multiple European markets and sectors.’

Katherine Parker, head of investment management in Europe at the firm, said: ‘Having worked with Ollie for many years, we are delighted to welcome him to our team as we seek to accelerate the pace of investments in our €2bn SIRE urban logistics vehicle in Europe and to expand our office investment strategy.

‘We are focused on four key investment themes in 2020 being urban logistics, core logistics, office repositioning and office assets with good cash flow in defensive locations.’

Arrow was founded in 2015 with backing from AMB Capital, one of Australia’s largest family offices. The SIRE vehicle launched last year and has since completed or secured exclusivity on approximately €250 mln of acquisitions in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland and the UK.
