Arrow Capital Partners has expanded its team in Düsseldorf, Germany with two new appointments.

Development manager Tim Hamacher will be responsible for logistics development due diligence and overseeing Arrow’s project managers across Germany.

He joins after four years as logistics project manager at Frasers Property Industrial.

Investment analyst Jerome Fröhlich will support the broader acquisitions team on transactions, including research and due diligence.

Previously he worked as a senior valuation and transaction advisory consultant at JLL.

Commenting on the appointments, Danilo Hunker, head of Germany at Arrow Capital Partners said: ‘In Germany, we’re targeting a further €500 mln of logistics developments over the next three years, building on the current European development pipeline of €1 bn for our SIRE urban logistics joint venture with Cerberus.”

Armen Gevorkian, senior investment manager at Arrow Capital Partners, added: ‘We’re active in the market looking for suitable land acquisition opportunities and existing assets with the potential to develop into urban logistics hubs servicing large metropolitan areas.’
