The CPS team is responsible for setting Arrow’s capital formation strategy and broadening the firm’s investors set by enabling global capital pools to access the opportunities presented by a growing investor landscape.

Charlotte Gilbert, managing director, CPS, said:?'We view our relationship with our investors as a partnership and Gabi’s appointment will augment relationships with existing and new investors.

'Gabi has a proven track record with a pedigree background, and I’m excited that she will help us attract global investors to our opportunistic and deeply local model that generates sustainable value throughout market cycles.'

Cohen joins Arrow Global from ICG, where she worked for 10 years as part of their business development function, including leading their Nordic investor activities.

She also spent two years at ESO Capital, as well as various banking roles at UBS and HSBC. Her experience includes leading capital raising teams across credit, private equity, lending, and real estate.

Cohen added: 'It is exciting to be joining the Arrow team at this point in their journey. Their vertically integrated approach is hugely differentiated and adds real value for institutional investors.

'As the business continues to grow and evolve, there is great potential to expand the product offering and find attractive opportunities by leveraging Arrow’s unique business model. I look forward to maximising this potential as we continue to achieve compelling opportunities for our investors.'

Arrow recently announced that it had reached hard cap of its flagship strategy Arrow Credit Opportunities II (ACO II) fund at approximately €2.75 bn including a general partner commitment of €275 mln, significantly exceeding its fundraising target of €2.5 bn and attracting almost unanimous re-up from ACO I investors.

Cohen will be based in London, reporting to Gilbert.
