Frankfurt-listed Aroundtown Property, the largest publicly-listed commercial real estate company in Germany, has announced plans to change its domicile from Cyprus to Luxembourg.
The company's shareholders approved all resolutions at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held this week, including the continuation of Aroundtown as a 'société anonyme' under Luxembourg law without dissolution and with full corporate and legal continuance.
Its registered name has been changed to Aroundtown SA.
Aroundtown, which focuses on value-add and income-generating properties primarily in the German and Dutch real estate markets, was recently awarded a Gold Award by EPRA for its annual reporting.
