French REIM Arkéa has acquired three industrial assets on behalf of SCI Territoires Avenir in France.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The 3PL delivery hubs, which were acquired off-market and are leased to the same tenant, have a total surface area of 11,533 m2.
The properties include two assets located in the Grand Est region, namely, one covering 2,270 m2 and located in Sainte-Savine, and another comprising 7,393 m², situated in Cernay. The other asset is positioned in Nouvelle Aquitaine, specifically in Limoges (1,870 m2).
The three assets are located within business and industrial zones established near main cities (Troyes, Mulhouse and Limoges) in key urban areas, and are well connected to road distribution networks.
Abdelkader Guennioui, head of fund management at Arkéa REIM, said: 'These acquisitions are crucial in the development strategy of our tenant, a pioneering player in the field of rapid parcel delivery in France.
'The strategic location of this portfolio thus makes it possible to improve the territorial coverage of SCI Territoires Avenir.'
