Sweden's Trygg-Hansa Insurance Company has signed an agreement to sell the asset to fund manager Areim. Although financial details were not disclosed, the asset is estimated to be worth around SEK 2.4 bn (€272 mln).
Areim is also taking over the planning of any new construction in the corner of Fleming Street/Scheelegatan.
Trygg-Hansa is leasing back the asset and will remain on as a tenant for a term of at least five years.
