Paris-based investment house, Ardian, has appointed a European real estate capital raising and investor relations professional primarily for its "Build-to-Green+ real estate platform.
Tami Chuang has taken up the role of MD Investor Relations - Real Estate having worked for European residential property company, Heimstaden, since June 2021 where she was MD, Equity Capital Markets.
Chuang has also worked at MARK (previously called Meyer Bergman), as well as JLL.
Ardian raised its inaugural real estate fund in 2018, succeeding in gaining an impressive €700 mln in commitments. Its successor fund amassed €1.2 bn. In March 2022, the firm said it was launching a property lending vehicle.
The company says its expertise is in acquiring offices in major cities. In 2015, it first pursued its “build-to-green” strategy, finding well located assets to be upgraded to Grade A office space.
