Arcona Capital, an independent manager of property funds and real estate assets, has appointed Dana Benešová as a portfolio manager within the group's Prague office.
Benešová will be responsible for the management of the firm's €100 mln plus retail portfolio, consisting of hypermarkets and associated retail parks in the Czech Republic.
According to Arcona, Benešová brings a varied experience in the real estate business in the Czech Republic, having occupied management positions in companies such as Penta Real Estate, HB Reavis and innogy.
In addition to collaborating on development projects, she has also dealt with strategic planning and financial management.
