ARC Real Estate Partners has announced the sale of the Lotus C and E office buildings in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, on behalf of one of their investors, to local investor CK Capital Partners and US group Monarch Alternative Capital for a total of €50 mln.
Lotus C and E are high-quality multi-tenant office buildings located at George Hintzenweg in Rotterdam Alexander and provide a total lettable floor area of 18,000 m2 divided over respectively eight and eleven office floors including 466 parking spaces.
The Lotus office buildings have been designed by renowned architect Cees van Dam and were developed in 2008 by OVG Real Estate. The entire Lotus complex includes four office buildings designed in a campus-like setting. New tenants in the buildings include energy firm Engie and CIZ.
The seller was commercially advised by Cushman & Wakefield and legally by Taylor Wessing. CK Capital and Monarch were commercially advised by JLL and legally advised by Loyens & Loeff.
CK Capital will be responsible for the ongoing asset management of the properties.
