Helsinki-based fund manager Capman Real Estate was the vendor in the transaction. The financial details were not disclosed.
The MREC Mäntsälä logistics centre is entirely leased by Tokmanni, Finland's largest discount store chain.
CapMan RE II fund invested in the Mäntsälä logistics centre in August 2008, when the property was completed along the Helsinki-Lahti motorway in Mäntsälä.
