Aquaticus Real Estate, a company established by Norwegian investment bank Arctic Securities, has acquired an office building in Hallonbergen, Sweden, from AMF Fastigheter for €73.4 mln.

The commercial property Fröfjärden 3 was built in 2003 and is located at Gesällvägen 33–35. It comprises approximately 17,000 m2 of office and logistics space and is fully leased to Xylem Water Solutions Global Services.

Aquaticus will take over ownership of the property on 1 July 2021.

Fredrik Ronvall, head of real estate investments at AMF Fastigheter said: 'We are very happy that Aquaticus Real Estate has acquired Fröfjärden 3, which is a modern and well-located property rented to a very strong tenant on a long lease.

'With the sale of Fröfjärden 3, capital will be released for new investments and projects.'

Savills advised AMF Fastigheter on the sale.
