Apsys, best known for its retail portfolio, renovated the former socialist party headquarters at 10 rue de Solférino in the 7th arrondissement as three interlinked buildings totaling approximately 4,000 m2 of office space.

Interparfums will move in early next year. The company said: ‘This new headquarters will make it possible, in the spring of 2022, to bring together all the teams on a single site, to contribute to a new, more flexible and user-friendly work organisation, and to offer a showcase of excellence to all the company's partners.’

The French perfume and cosmetics company, which agreed to buy the project in January, said that it is financing the acquisition with a 10-year, €120 mln loan.

Apsys’s portfolio includes the Beaugrenelle shopping mall in Paris’ Front de Seine district; Muse, a new mixed-use urban hub in Metz; Steel, a redevelopment in Saint-Etienne; and under development, Bordeaux Saint-Jean.
