UK-based real estate investment company Aprirose has completed the development of Birmingham’s tallest residential tower, part of The Bank scheme.
Aprirose said that it had already sold the 90% of the apartments.
'The completion of Birmingham’s tallest residential building, which is 90% sold, along with the good progress of the second tower, is testament to the appeal of central Birmingham as a place to live and work. We look forward to the continued success of The Bank scheme, our first large scale residential development,' said Manish Gudka, CEO at Aprirose.
The £35 mln (approximately €39.8 mln) residential tower consists of 189 studios and it also hosts retail space on the ground floor, private landscaped gardens and a concierge service.
Aprirose is also developing a second residential tower located at The Bank scheme. This building, due to complete in the winter of 2019, comprises 217 studios, a private gym and a restaurant.
