Polish investor Apollo-Rida has completed the acquisition of the A, B, and C buildings of the Equal Business Park complex in Kraków, Poland, from developer Cavatina Holding for an undisclosed amount.
Although financial details were not disclosed, broker JLL which advised the buyer, said that the deal is in the top 10 of the biggest office investment transactions ever concluded in Poland’s regional markets.

Equal Business Park provides around 60,000 m2 of office and retail space across four buildings, with building D currently under construction and scheduled to be transferred to Apollo Rida upon completion in 2021.
Also in the Polish regions, Swedish investor Niam this week inked the sale of the Silesia Business Park A and B located in Katowice to Philippine investor Isoc. Financial details were kept confidential.
The deal follows Isoc’s acquisition of buildings C and D in the Silesia Business Park from Skanska in December 2018.
Silesia Business Park A and B provides a total of 48,740 m2.
