US private equity group Apollo Credit has launched a European retail joint venture called Alteri Investors with Gavin George, the former CEO of GA Europe.
Alteri will focus on assets in the UK and Germany, looking at deals in the €15 mln to €60 mln range, and in particular, distressed assets
