Jacqui Paice, managing director of Apleona UK, said: 'We are thrilled to welcome JCW to Apleona UK.
'The acquisition of this self-delivering technical maintenance specialist complements Apleona's technical profile in the UK perfectly. We will be utilizing our experience and expertise gained with the successful integration of CTS, to ensure a smooth transition.'

Kurt Hedgley, managing director of JCW added: 'This is an exciting time for us all at JCW. Together we will have the ability to further enhance our service delivery and expand our client portfolio, ensuring strong organic growth. We are enthusiastic to join the Apleona family and begin working in synergy.'
