APF International has acquired a 9,970-m[sup]2[/sup] office building in the Dutch city of Zwolle on behalf of Fotex Netherlands, the Dutch subsidiary of Hungarian-listed holding company Fotex. The 'La Grande Vitesse' property, which includes 126 parking places, was sold by ING Dutch Office Fund. The financial details were not disclosed.

An initiator and manager of real estate funds, Amsterdam-based APF International also provides investment management services to foreign institutional investors. The firm has EUR 260 mln of real estate assets under management.
Property advisor DTZ Zadelhoff acted for the vendor and real estate financing was provided by FGH Bank. Notary Albers, Schot & Van Tienen advised APF International.
