UK living specialist Apache Capital has appointed former LIV Consult BTR director Ashley Perry as investment director.
Perry, who brings over a decade of experience to Apache Capital, oversaw Liv Consult’s London office from December 2017, managing the build-to-rent (BTR) and co-living consultancy teams on its £4 bn GDV, 30,000 home portfolio across the UK, Ireland and Spain.
Prior to his role at Liv Consult - which was acquired by Atlanta-based residential investor-developer-operator Cortland in 2019 - Perry held positions at Canada’s BTY Group and JLL, where he was a senior project and development manager across a number of BTR schemes in London.
Perry will be working closely with Apache Capital’s senior leadership team to shape the company's investment strategy. After landmark investments in purpose-built student accommodation and senior living, Apache Capital is now focused exclusively on build-to-rent, and building a best-in-class, long-term, investment portfolio.
