Helsinki-focused office specialist Antilooppi has acquired nine properties in Ruoholahti from local player Sponda Oyj and its subsidiaries.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The lettable area of the portfolio is approximately 100,000 m2 and it also includes more than 1,650 parking places.
The firm said it had also signed a new credit facility deal in connection with the purchase - an amendment to its current agreement worth an additional €250 mln.
The new syndicated financing arrangement consist of three separate tranches: a €635 mln term loan facility, a €15 mln overdraft facility, and a €50 mln uncommitted term loan facility.
The new agreement has been arranged by Nordea (coordinator and agent), OP, SEB, Danske Bank and Handelsbanken.
Following this transaction, the market value of Antilooppi’s portfolio is approximately €1.4 bn.
