Anixton, an independent consulting company, has been mandated by private firm O’Mahony Holding to sell the Century Center mixed-use scheme located near Antwerp's central railway station.

The Art Deco scheme provides total space of nearly 25,000 m2, including 12,000 m2 of office accommodation and a 12,200-m2 shopping centre leased to major retailers such as McDonald's, Media Markt, Bart Smit, Blokker, Zeeman, and Kipling. The asset also includes 351 parking places.

Main tenants in the office element are the Belgian Buildings Agency and the national railway authority (SNCB/NMBS).
