Financial details were not disclosed, but market sources put the price for the deal at €105 mln.

The complex, known as De Kameleon ('chameleon'), comprises 222 PRS apartments spread over two buildings and nearly 10,000 m² of commercial space.

Almost half of the apartments, which were completed in 2012, have recently been upgraded. Major tenants in the commercial space, located on the ground and first floors, include Albert Heijn, Aldi, Action and Fit For Free. The complex includes 432 parking spaces, spread over a public and private parking garage.

Cushman & Wakefield and Eastdil Secured advised the vendors. Loyens & Loeff acted as legal counsel.
