Agent CBRE has appointed Andrew Peacock as head of Central London Asset Management.
As part of CBRE’s Real Estate Finance division and working closely with the Central London team, Peacock will co-ordinate and develop tailored asset management strategies for investors in major single assets and complex portfolios in London.
He joins after 24 years at Aviva Investors, where he was a senior member of the team. From 2000-2007 he managed the Aviva Life Fund's £1.4 bn Central London office portfolio. More recently he was instrumental in setting up Aviva Investors’ Singapore office and developing its business in the Asia Pacific region.
