Jones Lang LaSalle has announced that Andrew Hynard is to become chairman of its English business, following John Stephen’s retirement at the end of October.

Jones Lang LaSalle has announced that Andrew Hynard is to become chairman of its English business, following John Stephen’s retirement at the end of October.

Hynard joined the firm in 1984 and has been an International director since 2002. He successfully established Jones Lang LaSalle's Retail Investment team, which is now number one in the UK market. He was subsequently lead director of the Capital Markets Group for five years and a member of the English Management Committee. More recently, Hynard has been responsible for growing Jones Lang LaSalle's Value Recovery Services business, and over the past year he has been chairman of the Investment Property Forum.
