On completion, Ana Tower will be a Class A high-rise office building with a gross building area of over 40,000 m2 and a three-level underground parking garage. The project is located in the area of Presei Libere Square in Bucharest.
Colliers International is one of the first real estate companies in Romania with accredited professionals to offer green certification advisory services, following the launch of its dedicated service in 2011. Colliers offers consultancy for LEED and BREEAM certification for existing buildings, with the purpose of improving their performance and sustainability, as well as for new developments.
The firm is also assisting GTC in the process of obtaining LEED certification for City Gate, the development comprising two 18-storey, class A office towers in Presei Libere square. City Gate is targeting LEED certification for Existing Building Operations and Maintenance (EBOM).
