Dutch investment manager Amvest has acquired a portfolio of 278 residential units for around €40.5 mln on behalf one of its clients.
The vendor was the pension fund for Dutch physiotherapists (Stichting Pensioenfonds voor de Fysiotherapeuten).
The portfolio consists of 105 single-family homes and 173 apartments located across the country.
The vendor was advised by Grontmij Capital Consultants with law firm Loyens & Loeff acting on the legal side. The transaction was brokered by Van Dijk & Ten Cate Vastgoedadviseurs.
