French asset manager Amundi has sold an office complex in Milan to a fund managed by BNP Paribas REIM for €54 mln.
The complex provides around 11,500 m2 of space across two adjacent buildings located at via San Giovanni sul Muro n. 9 and Via Porlezza n.12. The asset is fully let to a major gas and energy supplier.
Knight Frank advised the vendor on the deal.
The deal comes hard on the heels of BNP Paribas REIM's announcement that it is looking for a buyer for the Tricolore Collection portfolio of three luxury hotels in Rome and Milan.
The hotels include the Radisson Blu Milan, Novotel Malpensa Airport and Crowne Plaza St Peter’s Rome. Offering a total of 766 rooms, they are available for sale as a portfolio or on a single asset basis. Their estimated total minimum rent amounts to €6.8 mln in 2015.
