The acquisition, which was made through Amundi's Nexus 1 Fund, is understood to be worth around €120 mln.

Located at Via Mazzini 9/11, between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza Missori, the building was for many years the headquarters of Banca Agricola Milanese, which later became Banca Popolare di Milano. It consists of ten floors and occupies a total area of about 11,200 m2.

Built in the 1930s, it has undergone a complete refurbishment that created a central garden overlooked by all of the offices. In 2020 it obtained LEED Gold certification thanks to the highest  quality and energy efficiency standards.

Advisor Dils brokered the deal.
