Amundi Immobilier the giant French asset manager has purchased an under-construction office building in Barcelona for €56 mln.
The property named SA65 comprises 8,300 m2 across seven stories and has been fully leased by French co-working company, Wojo. It is renting the space for €22.3 per m2 a month.
The vendor in the transaction was German fund, Conren Tramway.
Located in the 22@ district of the Spanish city, which is the former industrial district of Sant Marti, SA65 features 90 parking spaces, storerooms, changing rooms and a rooftop terrace. It has been pre-certified with LEED Gold award for sustainability.
The acquisition is the first by Amundi in Barcelona.
