French asset manager Amundi is reported to be the preferred bidder for a €850 mln portfolio of European office buildings currently being sold by German group KanAm.

Bloomberg reported that the sale is being brokered by CBRE on behalf of KanAm Grund’s Grundinvest fund, which has to be liquidated by the end of 2016.

The package includes the 46-story Tour Egee tower, which offers 54,000 m2 of space in Paris’s La Defense district and offices in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Separately, KanAm is believed to be marketing the 28,000 m2 Tour Europe office tower in Paris.
