French real estate investment manager Amundi Immobilier has confirmed the acquisition of an office complex in the ninth arrondissement of Lyon, France's second largest city, for an undisclosed amount. The property is earmarked for a SCPI investment vehicle managed by Amundi.

Delivered in 2002, the scheme is currently fully let and offers around 18,000 m2 of office accommodation.

Amundi Immobilier was advised by law firms Wargny Katz and Hogan Lovells. Knight Frank's investment department brokered the transaction.

In December Amundi bought a 10,500-m2 office project in Montpellier, Southern France, on behalf of its Slivimo and Lion SCPI investment vehicles. The development project was sold by Artea Group for around EUR 23 mln, excluding taxes.

Amundi Immobilier is the result of a partnership between Crédit Agricole Asset Management Real Estate and Société Générale Asset Management Real Estate Investment Managers. The company has around EUR 4.6 bn of assets under management.
