Landlords Amundi Real Estate and Koramco have secured a €240 mln refinancing from German lenders BerlinHyp and DZ Hyp for their Atrium office complex in Amsterdam's Zuidas business district.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team coordinated the refinancing of the iconic multi-tenant asset, which comprises three interconnected towers with a total surface area of over 59,500 m2.
BerlinHyp acted as the coordinating party.
