French asset management giant Amundi Real Estate has acquired the One Twenty – Allianz Tower in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from German fund KanAm.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Situated at 120 Coolsingel, in Rotterdam's business district, the office property comprises 19,000 m2 spread over 20 floors, fully leased to the Allianz Group.
The tower is currently under renovation with delivery scheduled for June 1 2020. The building will offer office space, an auditorium, a staff restaurant, and underground parking for 207 vehicles.
