Nordic asset manager Amplion has acquired a 31,000 m[sup]2[/sup] property portfolio in Finland for an undisclosed price. The transaction was carried out by SN Properties Ky, a new property fund launched and managed by Amplion.

Nordea Bank Finland and Sampo Bank are the main tenants in the 37 assets.
The portfolio was sold by an unnamed Danish investor.
